Kids Special Trademark Cereal Breakfast by General Mills

Trademark is something that can be easily differentiated by a special symbol, name, words or design that helps us recognize a particular service or good from one and another. "Industrial property" is often associated with trademark.

There are a large number of institutions & companies that indulge in establishing a trademark so as to be recognized as being unique from their opponents. For example, General Mills which today owns many trademarks in its name.

General Mills happens to be a company that is chiefly involved in the business of food products. This company is a major distributor of numerous breakfast cereals. It is headquartered in Minnesota.

General Mills - History

During the eighteenth century, 'Minneapolis Milling Company' was the name that General Mills operated under showing that they were righteous mill operators. Many years passed in the business after which they agreed to a joint venture with John Crosby. Thus Minneapolis Milling Company had a new name by "Washburn-Crosby Company."

With the advent of the early part of the nineteenth century, the merged entity gave way to a new entity by the name we now know it - General Mills which later expanded in an inorganic manner when it took in its wings other medium sized milling companies.

Then came the defining year of 1990 when General Mills started the process of merging itself with multi-national company Nestle to endorse and distribute high quality cereals and projected cereals to be a sumptuous breakfast offering and highlighted their endeavor to be "Cereal Partners Worldwide." Their brand of cereals was distributed all across Europe and the US.

During the month of October, the organization started pondering on newer ways to give impetus to the sales of their cereal based products by introducing subject based breakfast cereals. The subject matter would more often than not be centered on a "friendly monster", for example you could taste Boo Berry if you have an apatite for flavors concentrated on blueberry. For those have love for the flavor of chocolate then Count Chocula is the choice and also those have love for the flavor of strawberries would find cereals of Franken Berry much to their likings.
